سورة Al-Qasas ( The Stories ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 44 عدد الآيات 88

وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ ٱلْغَرْبِىِّ إِذْ قَضَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَى ٱلْأَمْرَ وَمَا كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ ﴿٤٤﴾

You were not there on the western side (of Mount Sinai) when We gave the commandments to Moses, nor were you witness (to the event).
