سورة An-Noor ( The Light ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 12 عدد الآيات 64

لَّوْلَآ إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ ظَنَّ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتُ بِأَنفُسِهِمْ خَيْرًۭا وَقَالُوا۟ هَٰذَآ إِفْكٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ ﴿١٢﴾

Why did the faithful men and women not think well of their people when they heard this, and said: \"This is a clear lie?\"
