سورة Al-Mu'minoon ( The Believers ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 18 عدد الآيات 118

وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۢ بِقَدَرٍۢ فَأَسْكَنَّٰهُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍۭ بِهِۦ لَقَٰدِرُونَ ﴿١٨﴾

We send down water from the sky in determined measure, and store it up in the earth; and We have power to drain it away.
