سورة Al-Anbiya ( The Prophets ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 95 عدد الآيات 112

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿٩٥﴾

It is imperative that a habitation We have destroyed will not desist (from unbelief)
