سورة Al-Isra ( The Night Journey ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 30 عدد الآيات 111

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًۭا ﴿٣٠﴾

Certainly your Lord provides with open hands whosoever He will, but according to capacity, for He knows and watches His creatures.
