سورة Al-Isra ( The Night Journey ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 29 عدد الآيات 111

وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًۭا مَّحْسُورًا ﴿٢٩﴾

Do not be niggardly, nor extravagant that you may later feel reprehensive and constrained.
