سورة An-Nahl ( The Bees ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 17 عدد الآيات 128

أَفَمَن يَخْلُقُ كَمَن لَّا يَخْلُقُ ۗ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ﴿١٧﴾

So, could one who creates be like one who cannot? Will you not then contemplate?
