Surah Al-'alaq ( The Clot ) - English - Aya 15 Aya count 19

كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ ﴿١٥﴾

No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock -
