Surah Al-Fajr ( The Dawn ) - Aya count 30

هَلْ فِى ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٌۭ لِّذِى حِجْرٍ ﴿٥﴾

Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception?
