Surah Al-Mutaffifin (Those Who Deal in Fraud) - Aya count 36

فَٱلْيَوْمَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْكُفَّارِ يَضْحَكُونَ ﴿٣٤﴾

So Today those who believed are laughing at the disbelievers,
