Surah Al-Mutaffifin (Those Who Deal in Fraud) - Aya count 36

وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ ﴿٣٢﴾

And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost."
