Surah Al-Mutaffifin (Those Who Deal in Fraud) - Aya count 36

وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ ﴿٣﴾

But if they give by measure or by weight to them, they cause loss.
