Surah Al-Mutaffifin (Those Who Deal in Fraud) - Aya count 36

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ كَانُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَضْحَكُونَ ﴿٢٩﴾

Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
