Surah Al-Qiyamah ( The Resurrection ) - Aya count 40

بَلَىٰ قَٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ ﴿٤﴾

Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips.
