Surah Al-Muzzammil (The One wrapped in Garments) - Aya count 20

أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَرْتِيلًا ﴿٤﴾

Or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation.
