Surah Al-Muzzammil (The One wrapped in Garments) - Aya count 20

إِنَّ لَدَيْنَآ أَنكَالًۭا وَجَحِيمًۭا ﴿١٢﴾

Indeed, with Us [for them] are shackles and burning fire
