Surah Al-Ma'arij (The Ways of Ascent ) - Aya count 44

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ﴿٤١﴾

To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
