Surah Al-Ma'arij (The Ways of Ascent ) - Aya count 44

تَدْعُوا۟ مَنْ أَدْبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ﴿١٧﴾

It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]
