Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights ) - Aya count 206

وَقَاسَمَهُمَآ إِنِّى لَكُمَا لَمِنَ ٱلنَّٰصِحِينَ ﴿٢١﴾

And he swore [by Allah] to them, "Indeed, I am to you from among the sincere advisors."
