Surah Al-Waqi'ah ( The Event ) - Aya count 96

ءَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْخَٰلِقُونَ ﴿٥٩﴾

Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator?
