Surah Qaf ( The Letter Qaf ) - Aya count 45

مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌۭ ﴿١٨﴾

Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].
