Surah Az-Zukhruf ( The Gold Adornment ) - Aya count 89

وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ ﴿٤﴾

And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
