Surah Ar-Room ( The Romans ) - Aya count 60

وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ لَمُبْلِسِينَ ﴿٤٩﴾

Although they were, before it was sent down upon them - before that, in despair.
