Surah An-Naml (The Ants ) - Aya count 93

إِلَّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًۢا بَعْدَ سُوٓءٍۢ فَإِنِّى غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ﴿١١﴾

Otherwise, he who wrongs, then substitutes good after evil - indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful.
