Surah Ash-Shuara ( The Poets ) - Aya count 227

ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ ﴿١٥٢﴾

Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
