Surah Al-Mu'minoon ( The Believers ) - Aya count 118

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِن سُلَٰلَةٍۢ مِّن طِينٍۢ ﴿١٢﴾

And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.
