Surah Al-Hajj ( The Pilgrimage ) - Aya count 78

ٱللَّهُ يَصْطَفِى مِنَ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًۭا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌۢ بَصِيرٌۭ ﴿٧٥﴾

Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.
