Surah Al-Anbiya ( The Prophets ) - English - Aya 95 Aya count 112

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿٩٥﴾

And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return
