Surah Al-Anbiya ( The Prophets ) - Aya count 112

قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أُنذِرُكُم بِٱلْوَحْىِ ۚ وَلَا يَسْمَعُ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا مَا يُنذَرُونَ ﴿٤٥﴾

Say, "I only warn you by revelation." But the deaf do not hear the call when they are warned.
