Surah Al-Anbiya ( The Prophets ) - Aya count 112

لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾

They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
