Surah Maryam ( Mary ) - Aya count 98

وَبَرًّۢا بِوَٰلِدَيْهِ وَلَمْ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيًّۭا ﴿١٤﴾

And dutiful to his parents, and he was not a disobedient tyrant.
