Surah Al-Hijr ( The Rocky Tract ) - Aya count 99

قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ﴿٥٦﴾

He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
