Surah Ar-Ra'd ( The Thunder ) - English - Aya 39 Aya count 43

يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ﴿٣٩﴾

Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
