Surah Yunus ( Jonah ) - Aya count 109

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ ۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ﴿٤٢﴾

And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear, although they will not use reason?
